Who we are

Titan Property Investors is a real estate investment company. We buy properties directly, including RV parks and campgrounds. We are not a broker, we do not represent sellers, and we do not charge owners a fee for the evaluations and resources on this site.

When you submit your property here, it goes to us. The people who review it are the same people who would make an offer and close the transaction. There's no lead-selling and no handoff to a third party.

Why this site exists

Most websites aimed at RV park owners are a phone number and a promise of a cash offer. That works for the buyer and does very little for the owner, who usually has real questions long before they have a decision.

The owners we talk to have held their parks for a decade or more. They want to know how valuation actually works, what a buyer will ask for, whether a broker would serve them better, what happens with their monthly tenants, and what the tax picture looks like. Those questions deserve real answers whether or not they ever sell to us.

So this site leads with the education. The offer is available when you want it, and it's genuinely optional.

What we buy

RV parks, campgrounds, RV resorts and mixed properties with cabins, park models or tent sites, anywhere in Arkansas — Northwest, Central, Southwest, Northeast and Southeast. We look at small owner-operated parks and larger properties, stabilized parks and struggling ones.

Not every property is a fit for us. When one isn't, we say so directly rather than leaving an owner waiting on a call that won't come.
